Eat, drink, and be merry
If you're still leveling cooking, now's a great time to get to 375. You can also lay in a stash of buff food that will not only help get you the achievement The Outland Gourmet, but will help you complete The Rokk's daily cooking quests a little bit faster (and the Rokk has an achievement of his own). And it certainly won't hurt to have some buff food around for your first few dungeons. If your playstyle lends itself toward chugging a few potions while questing in order to reduce downtime (or if you're an alchemist or an ingame version of Donald Trump), be sure to pack a few stacks of super healing and super mana pots (if applicable), or have an injector made by an Engineer to save space. The new equivalents to super healing and super mana potions are runic healing and runic mana potions, but they're not common drops off of early Northrend mobs. Alchemists won't actually be able to make these for a little while after getting to Northrend, as they can't be trained until after a slew of new elixirs, and they also require herbs like Icethorn and Lichbloom which can't be found in the early leveling areas. Are you ready for the challenges that await you in Northrend? rogue builds talent has you covered with our 8-day guide to Preparing for Wrath.
