| This is the first fully PvP zone of the game, it's only fair its daily quests are PvP oriented. Well 3 out of 4 is and they are nice and fast too. They are all available in the Fortress if your faction controls it or in your village close to the fortress if you're on offense: For 620 Honor and 20.63g you need to kill 20 Alliance Players. This is easily obtainable since you need to re-earn your Private, Corporal, First Lieutenant ranks at the beginning of each battle in order to control and buy siege engines.
For another 620 Honor and 20.63g you have to kill 3 enemy Siege Engines. The big tanks. There are some fire elementals that are used to fuel the siege engines for 10 of their essences you get 412 Honor and 20.63g
The Storm Peaks Most dailies come after unlocking the Sons of Hodir in Dun Niffelem, but there is one earlier as well. Landmines are fun and Blizzard knows this. Garm's attacking soldiers are to be undermined again and again. Since there's an overstock on mines, we can use them! 20g
Fjorn's Anvil (yes, an object, not an NPC) wants more lord metal for the Frost Giants so kill some Brittle Revenants (ice elemental) and its essence to cool some hot iron scraps. 22g and +250 The Sons of Hodir
Of course there is a daily quest for winning the battle either by taking the fortress or defending it. The reward is another 620 Honor and 20.63g Winning Wintergraps currently rewards 7500 Honor and 150 Arena points. Adding the wars obtainable with the 4 daily quests it takes just 7 days to max out the Honor pool with a half an hour spent in Lake Wintergraps winning 1 battle every day. That's great, no more brainless afk leeching in 3 year old battlegrounds!
Hodir's Horn (yes, again an object) asks you to chat some more spirits to rest and Thunderfall. 29g and +250 The Sons of Hodir Hodir's Helm needs polish so off you go to the nearest cave for some ooze "stuff". 29g and +250 The Sons of Hodir The anvil and horn quests I found mandatory to donate virtual currency 2 days to gain high enough reputation to continue the questline and unlock the helm. Interesting new design if this is not a bug.
The Menu in Beta Build 8926 include New "Heirloom" *Scaling Items*, Naxxramas 25-man loot, Naxxramas 25-man Armor Sets, Obsidian Sanctum 25-man loot, Obsidian Sanctum 10-man loot and Badge Vendor. Now just let us know the info about the new Heirloom.
The build introduced a new type of item called "Heirloom" items that scale with the level of your character. The cool thing is these items are also Binds to account, meaning that you can trade them between characters on the same account whenever you want! These items will scale with your character's level from 1 all the way to 80, so no matter what level you are, you'll gain some benefit from the item. Not all effects are available at level 1; they're gradually added in some cases as you gain levels.
Currently the only Binds on account items available are found on the Emblem of Heroism token vendor in Dalaran. The items use a text color many will be familiar with if you've seen Martin Thunder. This was originally used as the "Artifact" color code in the game files, but no Artifact quality items were ever implemented. The shoulder slot items all seem to gain a 10% experience gain bonus at some point. It doesn't have it at level 1, but it does have it at level 55, 70, and 80.
Enchant Ring - Stamina: Permanently enchant a ring to increase Stamina by 24. Only the Enchanter's rings can be enchanted, and enchanting a ring will cause it to become soulbound.
Did your account been hacked before? Someone did, but someone was lucky enough to be safe. One of my friends said to me: "All 3 commenter's are a lot more luckier than me then. I was hacked, and I had over 1.2k gold tolen (800g+ worth of item). All person stuff only, not high enough to get stuff from a G Bank. All my gear was disenchanted / sold on my main character (T4 bits and equivalent gear), and my mats for my high end Tailoring healing set were all take. I got 5 bits of gear, 1 of each item that was taken (If worth under 2g), and NO GOLD at all back. I was VERY unhappy at Blizz. So I petitioned a Grock vote M again and said is that all I was going to get back. They said they would look into it, 2 days latter I got mail when I logged into game, and was told they would be able to do nothing. Still very unhappy with Blizz..But I still play WoW..."
Yes ,he is lucky, how about you? Another friends was very sad these days. "the guild leader of my guild on US Bronzebeard was hacked on Thursday/Friday, and I mean hacked. The guild bank and the alternative, Officer only bank had well over 10k in gold alone, along with items worth thousands more, and they all disappeared in a flash. Not only did they decide to steal the G-bank, they also deleted his second 70, along with four of his other characters. They strangely kept his main and did not touch the wow gold guide in any other way. No disband (Thank gosh), no guild demotions, not even a single rank name change. They knew what they were after, and as soon as they had it, they decided to strike another low blow and delete his characters."

"That alone made my guild leader, I'll refer to him as Bob (Fictional, obviously ), sick to his stomach and depressed, but he realized it was just a game... But that was still crushing. So, he attempted to get his password changed, and he managed that, but in order to see what his new password was, he had to access the e-mail that Blizzard sent to his previous e-mail account. Which hasn't existed for months. He had attempted to change it three times in the past, but each time it failed. So now he was locked out of his account, but so were the hacker(s). He had his friend contact a GM, and after waiting for a good two hours, the GM finally responds.
Enchant Weapon - Accuracy: Permanently enchant a melee weapon to increase critical strike and hit rating by 25. Requires a level 60 or higher item. Enchant Weapon - Berserking (Not yet implemented): Proc based enchant causing "Strength increased by 200 but armor reduced by 50%." Enchant Weapon - Black Magic: Permanently enchant a melee weapon to cause your damaging spells to sometimes inflict a painful curse. Requires a level 60 or higher item. While lots of it is very old news, the most interesting thing is of course that there will be built-in tutorials of some sort in the game for player skills. Since Colayco and Pearce discusses this feature separate from Single Player, we must assume it's a separate feature from the Single Player experience. Another hot point is confirmation of DX10, through some deft words from Crispy (this has not actually been confirmed before, but we do have more info on the system specs of StarCraft 2, and Kalos is almost ready to drop a new article related to DX10 as well) as well as that Battle.net 2.0. A brief note that no official plans have been made about the beta was also made, which could be of some interest.
Oh, the funnies that proceeded that conversation. It basically boiled down to this: GM- "Well, we can't do anything until he logs into his account and petitions this himself" Bob's friend- "That's the problem. The e-mail you still have him under, the one that you sent his new password to, hasn't existed for months, he can't log in." "Well, he should have kept his contact info up to date." "So you can't do anything for him until he contacts you?" "Well, we can't do anything until he logs into his account and petitions this himself."
They are amazing with those macros. Anyway, you may be saying, "No big deal, right?" That conversation was on Saturday. Anyone know the hours/days Blizz Billing is available for US? Here's a hint: Its not 24 hours, 7 days a week. They are actually closed for the weekends. A company that makes, let's estimate, 15 dollars (US) a month, 12 months in a year, at least 10 million people, can't afford 24/7 customer support? Where is this money going? Do they think their game is so secure that no one will have a problem on the weekend? I'm sorry, but that's defiantly not the case.
Well, the good news in all this is he got his stuff on Monday, so he was back on, he even has his characters, and they're not nude as far as I know (which is a first, I've had friends hacked who get their characters back in their birthday suits), But, the guild bank issues are yet to be resolved. Call me pessimistic but I doubt we'll be seeing much, if any, of our stolen goods.
Emerald dream Mk2 was planned to be the expansion after Outland while BC was still in early development, a complete mirror image of azeroth, like a parrarel universe. Was scrapped pretty early. In an interview given during the recent Games Convention, lead game designer Tom Chilton admitted that there are still lots of areas left in WoW for expansion after Wrath of the Lich King. Looking ahead, he said: We actually already have ideas on how we're going to expand on that in the future. Certainly, the major landmasses that we talked about heavily in previous WarCraft games have already come to fruition, although there are still areas of the game that we've talked about and set up story-wise that we haven't revealed yet. So there's definitely more to go.
So what will be next? There are so many places Blizzard could open up, and not just for an expansion. Gilneas is an example of a zone that could house a huge instance, like Mount Hyjal, and speaking of Hount Hyjal, the un-instanced version of that is still up for grabs. Another continent like Northrend is unlikely, as we can see from these pics of Azeroth in Ulduar, it doesn't show much space for another large land mass (unless Blizzard change that of course). It won't be long until speculation about the next expansion starts though, probably about 6 months into Lich King after Arthas has been defeated.
Its a made up list from around the BC pre-release buzz, their were dozens of made up lists being posted about what the expansion after BC would be. Right back in the initial development it was planned that Northrend and Draenor would be in at launch but they got pushed into expansions, likewise emerald dream Mk1 was planned to be a vanilla instance, they actually completed it but decided they didnt like it and scrapped it like Aszara crater.
My money is on Undermine, which might incorporate Queen Azhshara in her new fishy form, and of course, we'd need the help of the Kul Tiras fleet to get there... And there's always the Emerald Dream, but I don't know what Blizzard would do with that. What are your thoughts?
